How we handle your details
A plain-language summary of what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form on this website, we receive the details you type into it:
- Your name, and your business name if you give one
- Your email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- How you would prefer us to reply
- The service or product you are asking about, plus any quantity, size or date details
- The message you write describing the job
We also record the page you submitted the form from, the time of submission, and any campaign tags in the web address that brought you to the site. This tells us which enquiries came from where.
Why we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and respond to it with a quote or an answer. We do not use the quote form to build a marketing list, and we do not sell your details.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, your enquiry is:
- recorded as a row in a private Google Sheet that only Mission Print can open, and
- emailed to Mission Print at sales@missionprint.co.za so that somebody sees it and can reply.
Both of these run on Google's services. Nobody outside Mission Print is given access to your enquiry.
Website analytics
This website may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. Where that is switched on, it records general activity such as the page viewed and whether a contact button was clicked. The details you type into the quote form are never sent to analytics.
